General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)
Honoured Nutrition GmbH – Online Shop www.honourednutrition.com
As of: 16 October 2026
§ 1 Provider and Scope
(1) The provider of the goods offered in the online shop at www.honourednutrition.com is:
Honoured Nutrition GmbH, Antwerpener Strasse 35, 50672 Cologne. Represented by the managing directors Alistair Morrow and Christiane Baum. Email: hello@honourednutrition.com. Commercial register: Amtsgericht Köln HRB 128044. VAT identification number: DE464519997 — hereinafter referred to as “Provider”.
(2) These T&Cs apply to contracts with consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB, concluded via the Provider’s online shop. The shop is exclusively aimed at customers with a delivery address in Germany.
(3) The offers in the online shop are exclusively directed at consumers purchasing goods primarily for private purposes. Contracts with businesses within the meaning of § 14 BGB are concluded on the basis of separate agreements.
(4) These T&Cs apply to individual orders, pre-orders and subscription contracts for goods offered in the shop.
(5) Individual agreements with the customer take precedence over these T&Cs. Conflicting or supplementary conditions of the customer only become part of the contract if the Provider expressly agrees to their application.
§ 2 Products and Product Information
(1) The Provider sells food supplements and other products under its own brand. The essential characteristics of each product — in particular ingredients, net fill quantity, recommended daily intake, allergens, warnings and storage conditions — are set out in the respective product description and the labelling on the packaging.
(2) Food supplements are foodstuffs. They are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. The customer must follow the information on the packaging and the recommended intake. The recommended daily intake must not be exceeded. Products must be kept out of the reach of small children where indicated by the product labelling.
(3) Product descriptions and advertising statements serve solely to provide information about the goods offered. They do not replace individual medical advice. The Provider’s statutory obligations regarding food safety, labelling, product composition and permissible advertising remain unaffected.
(4) The product characteristics displayed at the time of ordering, together with the statutory requirements for the conformity of the goods, are authoritative for the contract content.
§ 3 Offer, Order and Conclusion of Contract
(1) The display of products in the online shop generally constitutes an invitation to place an order. The customer submits a binding offer by activating the final order button, which clearly indicates the payment obligation.
(2) The customer may select products, add them to the shopping basket and review and correct the order before submitting it. Before completing the order, the product, quantity, total price including VAT, shipping costs, delivery information and selected payment method are displayed.
(3) By activating the final order button, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude the displayed contract. The button is labelled in accordance with § 312j BGB clearly as “order with obligation to pay”.
(4) The Provider confirms receipt of the order electronically without delay. An acknowledgement of receipt does not in itself constitute acceptance of the contractual offer unless it expressly states acceptance. The contract is concluded by the Provider’s express declaration of acceptance, by an order or dispatch confirmation marked as acceptance, or by dispatch of the ordered goods, whichever occurs first.
(5) For a subscription, the contractual relationship begins upon effective conclusion of the contract. The first delivery and the first payment charge are governed by the information provided during the ordering process. The subscription option selected by the customer, the products and quantities per delivery, the price per delivery, shipping costs, delivery interval, first delivery date and cancellation options are clearly displayed before the order is placed and documented in the order confirmation.
(6) The contract language is German. The Provider makes the order confirmation and the essential contract information available to the customer on a durable medium, in particular by email.
§ 4 Prices and Shipping Costs
(1) All prices are stated in euros and include the applicable statutory VAT where applicable.
(2) Delivery to addresses within Germany is free of shipping charges. Any additional shipping costs that may apply are displayed before the order is placed.
(3) The total price displayed during the ordering process is authoritative for the respective order. For subscriptions, the price per delivery, delivery interval, shipping costs (where applicable) and the amount of each recurring payment are clearly stated before the contract is concluded.
(4) Discounts and promotional offers apply only under the conditions transparently stated in the shop. Prices cannot be unilaterally changed after the contract has been concluded unless a valid contractual basis exists and the statutory requirements are met.
§ 5 Payment Methods and Payment Service Providers
(1) The Provider offers the payment methods available in the current ordering process. These may include in particular PayPal, credit or debit card and payment methods provided via Klarna.
(2) The availability of a payment method may depend on the specific order, the payment product in question and the conditions of the payment service provider. A payment method is only displayed as available if it can be technically and contractually offered for the relevant transaction.
(3) The customer selects the payment method during the ordering process. The due date and processing conditions applicable to that payment method are displayed before the order is completed.
(4) For individual orders and pre-orders, payment is processed in accordance with the payment terms displayed at checkout. For a pre-order with payment upon dispatch, the charge is only triggered in connection with dispatch, provided the chosen payment method and the effective payment authorisation permit this.
(5) For subscriptions, the agreed price for each delivery is invoiced separately. The charge is made in connection with the dispatch of the respective delivery and within the scope of the payment method chosen and effectively authorised by the customer.
(6) The Provider may use external payment service providers to process payments. The Provider remains the customer’s contractual partner for the purchase of goods. The use of a payment service provider does not in principle affect the customer’s statutory and contractual rights under the purchase contract. The respective provider processes payment data and, where applicable, personal data within the scope of its own services and in accordance with its own terms and conditions and privacy notices.
(7) For payments processed via Klarna, additional contractual relationships — for example for purchase on invoice or financing — may arise between the customer and Klarna, depending on the specific payment method offered. The relevant terms are displayed to the customer before the payment transaction is completed. The Provider’s T&Cs do not replace the necessary information and agreements of the respective payment service provider.
(8) Payments via PayPal, credit card or another payment service provider are only triggered in accordance with the payment method chosen and effectively authorised by the customer. For subscriptions, a recurring charge may only be made within the scope of the authorisation granted and still valid.
(9) In the event of a failed payment, the Provider informs the customer and, where technically and legally possible, enables correction of the payment details or selection of another available payment method. Further charge attempts are only made within the scope of the valid payment agreement and the conditions of the respective payment service provider.
(10) Costs of a chargeback or failed payment may only be passed on to the customer to the extent they have actually been incurred, are necessary and are legally recoverable. The customer reserves the right to demonstrate that no loss or a substantially lower loss has been incurred.
§ 6 Individual Orders
(1) With an individual order, the customer purchases the selected goods on a one-off basis. No automatic repeat order or subscription is established thereby.
(2) The delivery time stated for the respective product is authoritative. Where no separate delivery time is stated for a product, the delivery time is 1–3 working days from receipt of the order. For orders expressly designated as pre-orders, the additional provisions of § 7 apply.
(4) The Provider is entitled to make partial deliveries where these are reasonable for the customer, do not incur additional shipping costs and no statutory rights preclude this.
(5) For consumers, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods passes in principle only upon handover of the goods to the customer or a person designated by the customer who is not the carrier.
§ 7 Pre-orders
(1) Products expressly designated as pre-orders in the online shop may be ordered on a binding basis before regular delivery commences. A pre-order is not a non-binding reservation but a binding order for recurring deliveries at regular intervals.
(2) For pre-orders, dispatch begins no earlier than the date stated in the relevant offer for availability and readiness for delivery of the pre-orderable product. The delivery time from dispatch is 1–3 working days from the stated availability date.
(3) The purchase price for a pre-order is due upon conclusion of the contract and is charged via the customer’s chosen payment method immediately after conclusion of the contract, provided the payment method technically permits this and the required payment authorisation is in place. Delivery takes place independently of the time of payment at the delivery date stated in the ordering process or within the delivery period stated therein. If the Provider is unable to deliver the goods and therefore loses the right to the purchase price, any payments already made will be refunded in accordance with statutory provisions. The customer’s statutory rights, in particular in the event of withdrawal, delayed delivery and non-performance, remain unaffected.
§ 8 Subscription Contracts
(1) The Provider may also offer certain products as part of a subscription with recurring deliveries. A subscription is only concluded if the customer expressly selects the subscription option during the ordering process and completes the subscription order with payment obligation.
(2) Before the subscription is concluded, the product, quantity per delivery, fixed price per delivery, shipping costs, delivery interval of 30 days, time of first delivery, payment method and cancellation options are displayed in particular.
(3) The agreed delivery interval is 30 days. The first delivery takes place at the time stated in the ordering process or within a delivery period of 1–3 working days. Subsequent deliveries take place in principle at 30-day intervals, calculated from dispatch of the first delivery. Where a different schedule is displayed and expressly agreed in the ordering process, that schedule is authoritative.
(4) The price per delivery is the fixed subscription price stated at the time of conclusion of the contract. No unilateral increase of this price will occur during the ongoing subscription. Price changes require a new valid agreement with the customer. The customer’s silence does not constitute consent.
(5) The agreed price for each delivery is due separately upon its dispatch, and the chosen payment method is charged accordingly upon dispatch of the respective delivery. Conclusion of the original contract does not result in immediate collection of all future delivery prices. The charge is made exclusively within the scope of the payment method effectively authorised by the customer.
(6) The subscription is concluded for an indefinite period. There is no minimum contract term unless an expressly different, legally permissible agreement is made during the ordering process.
(7) The subscription may be terminated by either party at any time with one month’s notice; ordinary termination by the Provider may not occur until at least three deliveries have been made. The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected. Where a shorter notice period or the possibility of immediate termination is provided by law in favour of the customer, that provision takes precedence.
(8) The customer may cancel the subscription via the cancellation button provided in the online shop, where applicable via the customer account, or by a clear declaration to
. The legally required electronic cancellation route remains fully available. The Provider confirms cancellation electronically in text form without delay, stating the content of the cancellation, the time of receipt and the date of termination. The statutory requirements regarding the cancellation button and confirmation page remain unaffected.
(9) Cancellation by the Provider is made in text form by email to the address provided by the customer.
(10) The subscription ends at the effective date of termination. Upon the cancellation taking effect, future deliveries no longer owed and payment charges are discontinued. Deliveries already triggered and payment claims already arisen remain only to the extent they are actually owed under the contract and statutory provisions.
(11) The Provider may not unilaterally change prices, delivery intervals, product compositions or other material contractual terms without a valid contractual basis. Where the customer’s consent is required, the change only takes effect after their express consent. The customer’s silence does not constitute consent.
(12) Cancellation of a subscription is to be distinguished from the statutory right of withdrawal from a contract. Statutory rights of withdrawal remain unaffected.
(13) A recurring subscription payment processed via Klarna is only offered if the specific Klarna payment method, the technical integration and the required authorisation actually support recurring charges for this business model. Until this has been confirmed and set up, Klarna is not available as a payment method for subscriptions.
§ 9 Delivery and Delivery Obstacles
(1) Delivery takes place within Germany to the delivery address provided by the customer.
(2) The delivery time is 1–3 working days. For pre-orders, § 7 additionally applies; for subscriptions, § 8 additionally applies.
(3) If delivery is temporarily impossible for reasons beyond the Provider’s control, the Provider informs the customer, where necessary, of the delay and the expected further processing.
(4) The customer’s statutory rights in the event of delayed delivery, impossibility or non-performance remain unaffected.
§ 10 Statutory Right of Withdrawal
(1) Consumers are generally entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal in distance selling contracts, unless a statutory exclusion or early lapse of the right of withdrawal applies. Details are set out in the separate withdrawal notice REFUND POLICY
(2) The withdrawal period is generally 14 days. The start and calculation of the period are governed by statutory provisions and the separate withdrawal notice REFUND POLICY
(3) The customer may declare withdrawal by completing and submitting the withdrawal form HERE or by another clear declaration, for example by email, or via the electronic withdrawal function provided in the online shop. Use of the electronic withdrawal function is an additional legally prescribed declaration route and is not mandatory if the customer declares withdrawal by another legally permissible means.
(4) After submitting the withdrawal via the withdrawal form or the electronic withdrawal function, the customer receives without delay on a durable medium an acknowledgement of receipt containing the content of the withdrawal declaration together with the date and time of receipt.
(5) For sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, the right of withdrawal may lapse pursuant to § 312g para. 2 no. 3 BGB if the seal has been removed after delivery. This only applies if the statutory requirements are met in the specific case.
(6) Details regarding the withdrawal period, withdrawal declaration, return and refund are set out in the separate withdrawal notice REFUND POLICY and the model withdrawal form REFUND POLICY
§ 11 Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain the property of the Provider until full payment of the purchase price has been made.
§ 12 Statutory Warranty Rights
(1) In the event of material defects in the purchased item, the statutory warranty rights apply. The Provider is liable for the statutory conformity of the delivered goods. Product descriptions and images do not limit these statutory requirements.
(2) The customer is requested to notify the carrier and the Provider of any visible transport damage as promptly as possible. The customer’s statutory rights remain unaffected even if no notification is given.
(3) The customer’s statutory rights to subsequent performance, price reduction, withdrawal and, where applicable, damages remain unaffected.
§ 13 Liability
(1) The Provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the Product Liability Act and in all other cases of mandatory statutory liability.
(2) In the event of a slightly negligent breach of a material contractual obligation, liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage at the time of conclusion of the contract.
(3) Otherwise, liability for damage caused by slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
(4) The above limitations of liability do not apply where they would limit mandatory statutory claims of the customer.
§ 14 Data Protection
(1) Information on the processing of personal data, including the use of Shopify, the payment service providers employed, recipients, storage periods and data subject rights, is contained in the separate privacy policy at PRIVACY POLICY
(2) Payment service providers may process personal data within the scope of their own services under their own data protection responsibility. Further details are set out in the privacy notices of the respective provider.
(3) The Provider otherwise processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and its privacy policy.
§ 15 Customer Service
For questions, complaints and grievances, the customer may contact the Provider using the contact details provided above. The customer’s statutory rights remain unaffected.
§ 16 Consumer Dispute Resolution
The Provider is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG).
§ 17 Applicable Law / Jurisdiction
(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, to the extent this choice of law is permissible. Mandatory consumer protection provisions that would apply without this choice of law remain unaffected.
(2) Where the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships between the customer and the Provider is the Provider’s registered office.
§ 18 Final Provisions
(1) Individual agreements between the Provider and the customer take precedence over these T&Cs.
(2) Should individual provisions of these T&Cs be or become invalid, the statutory provisions apply in their place. The remaining provisions remain unaffected within the framework of statutory requirements.
(3) The version of the T&Cs effectively made available to the customer at the time of conclusion of the contract applies.
