Shipping policy

We currently ship exclusively within Germany.

Shipping is free throughout Germany. This applies to both one-time purchases and subscription orders.

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of receiving your order.

Once dispatched, estimated delivery within Germany is 1–2 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, public holidays or circumstances outside our control.

Orders are shipped with DHL. Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Baum’s Protein Blend is currently available for pre-order. Expected dispatch begins from 4 November 2026.

Subscription orders include free shipping within Germany and will be processed and dispatched according to the selected subscription schedule.
